We’re happy to announce that YellowWebMonkey has met the new, updated Google Partner requirements. We have been a Google Partner since the program’s creation in 2013, and now we’ve met the latest set of requirements to maintain our status.
The three pillars of Google Partner status are performance, certifications and ad spend. Becoming a Google Partner means that a company is maximizing campaign success for clients, driving client growth by maintaining clients’ campaigns, and demonstrating Google Ads skills and expertise with certifications.
Maintaining our Google Partner status is important to us as a business for a number of reasons:
1. It establishes trust
Google cares about taking care of its users. As a part of the Google Partner process, our client accounts are reviewed to ensure they are performing well and meeting optimization goals. You know when you’re working with a Google Partner that Google has already vetted our performance.
YellowWebMonkey has demonstrated that we’ve set up our client accounts to perform well. Additionally, Google requires us to meet optimization goals and maintain a minimum 90-day ad spend across our managed accounts. YellowWebMonkey currently surpasses the optimization score goal by 23% and ad spend requirement by over 450%. This proves our ability to help our clients consistently identify new growth opportunities and sustain their success on an ongoing basis. There is a difference between managing a few accounts versus managing larger accounts with a good ROAS (return on ad spend) where Google Ads is truly profitable endeavor.
2. It keeps us on the cutting edge of digital marketing
Digital marketing is constantly evolving and changing. It’s vital to stay relevant to ensure we understand marketing and customer trends in order to make the most of our client’s budget. Google requires their Google Partners to pass recertification exams annually to ensure that they are well versed in the latest changes. As a Google Partner, you know that we are using Google’s best practices to achieve your marketing goals.
You should always be wary of marketing companies that say their strategy is to outsmart Google. Google spends a lot of money and has some amazing talent to ensure that’s not possible. Not only that, but Google will penalize websites who try to circumvent their policies or guidelines.
As a Google Partner, we’ve demonstrated that we have the training and proven results to create a marketing strategy that best suits your needs.
3. We work with Google
As a Google Partner, there are numerous benefits with exclusive access to Google training and support. Google provides us with this training to help improve our Google Ads campaigns. That means that our marketing information is current, relevant, and coming directly from the source.
Google is launching the new Google Partners program in February 2022, but started granting partners who meet the new requirements, access to the updated badge in June 2021.
