Remove “Add to Wishlist” links in MijoShop

This disables the “Wishlist” functionality from MijoShop.

Go to COMPONENTS->MijoShop

Then go to SYSTEM->VQmod Manager

Look for the mijoshop_remove_affiliates.xml and hit the INSTALL link to the right of it.
