Web Design and Services: All initial project assessments are at no expense to the client.  Any cancellation of projects after the agreement of terms will result in the client paying an invoice on hours worked on their project at the hourly rate of $90/hour.

 

Webinars, Workshops and Training: In the event that you cancel your reservation more than 7 days prior to the event, your payment can be applied to future workshops, training or webinars.  Any cancellations of less than 7 days result in full payment without credit. You may transfer your seat to someone else if you would like to let them attend.
