Go to https://ywm.zendesk.com and login.
Click “CHECK YOUR EXISTING REQUESTS”
The default window shows the expanded views of open tickets. You will have to manually select each ticket to see how many minutes have been used.
In the right sidebar you will see the ticket time for this ticket.
*The time used for these open tickets may chnage as we are still working the ticket.
You will also want to check the “View your recently solved and closed requests” option on the right sidebar.
*Here you only want to check tickets that are solved during the maintenance cycle you are interested in i.e. if you are a 1-31 client or a 15-14 client. Please ask YellowWebMonkey if you are not sure what monthly period you are on.
Take whatever time has been used and subtract from the total time you have in your plan i.e. 120 minutes.
