About Alexis.
After studying computer science engineering at West Point, Alexis served in the Army as a Military Policer officer. During that time, she developed a military reference website and sold it to a national marketing firm. After serving in Samara in OIF, she worked as a contractor in MNSTC-I J5 and on MRAP fielding. As owner/founder of YellowWebMonkey, she has over fifteen years of experience as a web designer/developer and is certified as a Shopify Partner. She is also a requested speaker at CMS/entrepreneurship events and published two books.
