How to Submit a Ticket on ZenDesk

  • There are three ways to submit a ticket via Zendesk.
  • First, follow the support ticket located in the control panel of your website. 
  • Click on the tab and fill out the form that pops up.  (see below)

  •                                                                                                                                         The second way is to visit the YellowWebMonkey homepage.
  • On the home page you will see a Support tab on the right hand side of the screen, click it.

  • A form should pop up, fill it out and submit to send us a ZenDesk ticket.

  • The third way to send us a ticket is to visit, "support.yellowwebmonkey.com"
  • Once on the main page, click, "Submit a Request," on the top menu bar.

  • Finally, fill out the form and click submit to finish the request.
