How to Submit a Ticket on ZenDesk
- There are three ways to submit a ticket via Zendesk.
- First, follow the support ticket located in the control panel of your website.
- Click on the tab and fill out the form that pops up. (see below)
- The second way is to visit the YellowWebMonkey homepage.
- On the home page you will see a Support tab on the right hand side of the screen, click it.
- A form should pop up, fill it out and submit to send us a ZenDesk ticket.
- The third way to send us a ticket is to visit, "support.yellowwebmonkey.com"
- Once on the main page, click, "Submit a Request," on the top menu bar.
- Finally, fill out the form and click submit to finish the request.
