Web Site Design and Web Site Promotion: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the project is due upon start of work. 25% of total cost is due upon approval of web design, before site build begins, or upon implementation of web site promotion strategy. The remaining 25% and any other costs incurred are due upon completion of work, before upload of web site files to client's server. Files are uploaded to client's server within 2 business days of receipt of payment.
In the event that the client is not satisfied with the work provided, attempts will be made to rectify the problems. Refunds will be available if YellowWebMonkey fails to provide the services agreed upon in the written estimate. However, YellowWebMonkey is not liable for providing a refund in the event that the client changed their mind or requested additional services outside the agreed upon contract.
YellowWebMonkey does not accept returns of any services provided.
All initial project assessments are at no expense to the client. Any cancellation of projects after the agreement of terms will result in the client paying an invoice on hours worked on their project at the hourly rate of $50/hour.
