This will allow users to search for answers why submitting questions.
Create a User Account
Add an Admin User to your Joomla Website
Login to your website and from the Control Panel, top left choose Site.
From the drop down choose User Manager
You can enable or disable users by choosing the Green Check.
To add a user choose New, top right
Fill in the information listed below and then choose Save in the top right corner.
